A New Life Through New Awareness

Hello everyone!

The purpose of a new awareness would be to attain abundant health and greater peace of mind.  The external environment has many stressors to our physical health on a daily basis;  noise, cell phones, EMF’s, pollution, genetically modified foods, parasites, the sun, exhaust fumes and toxic people just to mention a few examples.  Since it is not likely that we are going to change the pace of life, it behooves us to strive even harder for healthier bodies to endure these stressors.

I believe that the seven things that affect our health more than anything else are:

  1. the thoughts we think, whether expressed or unexpressed
  2. the air that we breathe
  3. the water that we drink
  4. the exercise that we get
  5. the food that we eat
  6. rest
  7. a nervous system free from interference (more on this in a future post)

Why is this important for us to consider?

Our bodies are vehicles that carry us around during our lifetimes. The condition of our “vehicle” greatly determines our pleasure and or sorrow while we are using it.

Consider that the cells in our body are constantly in a transient state, being worn out and replaced each day which is why what we do on a daily basis matters so much.  In the restoration of health, the first area of consideration is the blood.  Did you know that red corpuscles have an average life span of one hundred and twenty days which means that there is a completely new blood supply every 4 months?

What else could create healthy blood if not, what we put into our mouths, the air we breathe and the water we drink?  Next we must establish good circulation so that the blood can get to all the areas that need repair and healing which is where movement and breathing are important.  Another aspect of good health which is rest is both curative and restorative.  An enervated body cannot circulate blood properly so rest is vital to maintaining a strong system.

Remember, a doctor does not do the healing; nature does. A doctor doesn’t put new cells into the body, or make bones repair or ligaments grow back.  All a doctor can do is to offer advice or instruction on how to aid nature in speeding up the healing process. The body is miraculous as it has the unique ability to heal itself.

Imagine if we took care of our bodies as well as we took care of our cars!

As always, I look forward to your comments.

Have a magical day,

~Dr. Judy
